Refund policy
At L’Atelier Roulant, each piece is carefully made with love and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made to order, we kindly ask that you read the following policy before placing your order.
🔁 Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For non-customized products, returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged or broken.
We sent the wrong item (in design, name, or product type).
The item was lost in transit (subject to shipping carrier confirmation).
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Customized items with names, dates, or personalized designs
Items requested in specific colors or layouts made upon client approval
Gift cards or promotional items
